People & Operations Director
Fiona has more than 20 years of experience in financial services and has been with us since 2018. Her role covers all aspects of HR and operations. However, for Fiona, her most important role is to deliver a Human First™ approach to the team, who are all at different stages of their journeys, by helping them to realise their career aspirations and personal goals. She also drives our client experience, oversees board operations and manages compliance and governance.
At the weekend
Fiona is married with one daughter and she is from a very close family who all live in and around Ayrshire. Getting to spend time together is important to her. She loves all sports, especially netball and football, and she volunteers as a girls’ under-12 football coach for the team her daughter plays for.
